Leslie Paul began her career as a tax attorney in the IRS Office of Chief Counsel.  Leslie focused on international tax issues, including tax treaties and Advance Pricing Agreements, from 1999-2005.  From 2005-2012, Leslie focused her practice area on health and welfare benefits.  Leslie specialized in Health Savings Accounts, but also worked on issues involving COBRA, health reimbursement accounts, flexible spending arrangements, and section 125 cafeteria plans.

Leslie decided to start her own practice as a means of increasing her interaction with clients, and applying her experience with the IRS to real-life issues, allowing her to help clients solve their legal problems.  Leslie’s extensive experience with the IRS allows her to provide clients with insight and advice based on how the IRS thinks.

Leslie is married, and has two children.  She lives and works in Arlington, Virginia.
